I used their online shop vacsrus dot com to order and pay for some vacuum parts. Two days after placing and paying for my order, I received the parts! I emailed their customer service number with a qustion on my other vacuum and I received a response within a matter of minutes! If you want to deal with a Great Vacuum Cleaner Center, you found it here!
Pros: Very helpfull website
