I really can not say enough poor things about this agency. Rude, incompetent, unprofessional would only be the begining. The front office staff could care less to help you rather than be on the phone or internet. The agency manager (Scott) either can not control his staff or worse, does not care to do so. With the high prices of rentals in Monterey you would think one might get at least professional service. Sadly this is not the case at this agency.
