Review content:
After purchasing a vehicle today from Doug's Lynnwood Mazda, I can easily say that it was the best car buying experience I have had. Each and every person we worked with along the way was professional and friendly. From Alberto and Duane who helped with test drives and sale details, to their sales manager Jim who honestly broke down the numbers, and Dale who spent time walking us through the signing, we were pleasantly suprised at every turn. \r \r They had a great selection of cars, each in much better condition than others we had seen at other lots. Once we narrowed in on the one with all of the bells and whistles we wanted, the sales process was honest and stress-free. I am not one to make quick decisions, and they didn't pressure us at all. We told them we needed to sleep on it and they were respectful of the choice and we left feeling even better about their service. \r \r After careful thought, we ended up going back the same day, much of the decision based upon the great deal and great service we received. If you worry about car buying and dread the hard-sale, visit Doug's Mazda for a refreshing change of pace.
