I was surprised to see the other review on here because it doesn't sound like the same school. We checked out Little Oaks (on Petaluma Blvd.) carefully and they seem extremely organized; we have met with the director (who does have a Ph.D.) several times and she is the opposite of being ""jittery and lost""--she was very knowledgeable and organized, and impressed both of us and the grandparents. And they are certainly set up to accept kids in diapers. We started our son there before he was 19 months old, and he is still there. I have also met several other parents there with older children who are repeat customers.
