I have been with this center for ever. I love my doctor. He's the greatest. Yes there is always a little wait but that is to be expected and I don't mind. I can't understand is the complete attitude I get from the office staff though, especially the ""witch hilda"" (got to keep it PG for the internet) when checking out or making another appointment. This person (don't dare call her a lady, because she is nothing of the sort) was snotty, and spoke to me like a child. Not to mention she was supposed to check coverage on a procedure with my insurance company and give me a call to let me know the status. I have yet to hear anything two months later. I mean seriously, if it weren't for patients she wouldn't even have a job. I just couldn't understand the garbage attitude. If she doesn't like her job I'm sure there is some other nice and friendly person that would be glad to take her place and she can stay home and insult ""her"" family or the television. UHHH Hire someone else already. I'm sure I'm not the only person she has really ticked off. Love the new office by the way.
Pros: Doctor's are the best and are very compassionate.
Cons: Watch out for the troll under the bridge when leaving! Seriously she's not a nice person.
