My 2 boys went thru braces unfortunately I did not know Dr. Lach for my oldest son and I regret that I didn't every time I go thru the wonderfully pleasant and professional visit with my second child. Every time I took my oldest to the ortho I ALWAYS waited for a min of 1 12 hrs then office personnel was always rude or just so negative with one another and I went thru this for over 2 years each visit (I was tied wa contract)! My second son with Dr. Lach wasis the total opposite. Dr. Lach is very detailed and shows he has a competent and professionally friendly staff because of the trust he lays upon them. They always express that he is very meticulous and strives to get only the best results in a short time so they must stay focused and give the highest level of service. I LOVE IT!!! Where were you when I went thru mine? Yes, maybe still in school :) I have been blessed and so has my son with his beautiful smile without the unnecessary drama that his big brother went thru. I let everyone know DR. LACH ROCKS AND SO DOES HIS STAFF. A Big THANK YOU to Regina!! She genuinely shows that her purposegoal is to serve our needs & she always exceeds expectations of a professional specialist's team member. As a leader she holds herself & her team to high expectations; to be dedicated to the excellence needed to provide my son as well as other patients I have seen her interact with a quality result, measured in every way possible. She shows gratitude for the opportunity of making a positive difference that goes further then todays service we usually get every where else. Regina you are special! Thank you!!
