I have a long history with Ireland's Four Fields, going back to dinners there with my family as a child. The large dining area is great, but it fills up fast on weekends, St. Patty's day and on Wednesday nights for quiz night.
The traditional Irish menu is all good, and they even offer half portion sizes for dinner, which is a nice touch. Go for a good Guinness and Irish meal, and you will probably stay around for a game of darts, a try at their quiz (which is actually a fairly hard and lengthy one!) or for live music.
Pros: lots of room, good food, darts
Cons: can get crowded
