I have had them pick me up late a few times by 15 to 20 minutes. One time the limo was full of cigarette smoke from the driver, I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. One time the driver was unfamiliar with the shortest route and took us in a roundabout way that took about 20 minutes out of our way and he GPS in the car. I have the most trouble with pick up at the airport with having to wait outside at night in the cold for 15 to 20 minutes after their dispatcher said they would be 5 minutes.
