Review content:
Blackstone is above and beyond the best brewery in Nashville. They recently aquired a new Chef, so they are providing daily lunch and dinner specials that have been wonderful and new ""soup of the day"" options that use seasonal ingredients and are equally great. The previously reviewed ""spill in the brewery"" smell is called BREWING BEER! If you don't want to experience hand-crafted perfection, then I do advise against going during lunch hours, as that's when the brewers work. Brewing beer involves a process in which hot lauder, or mash, is madeand this does produce and odor.. I personally, find this smell nice. It can be floral, or, ir you're lucky, they are brewing Nut Brown, which is wonderfully sweet and malty, and just down right makes you hungry! So, any time you're there and smell the BEER BREWING IN THE BREWERY, poke you're head around the corner and watch the guys work. You might learn a thing or two like I did;and maybe not seem so ignorant on your next ""review"".\r
