excellent customer service and prices. I am new to North Florida and had a wonderful family owned shop in South FLorida who took care of my old Mercedes Diesel. I was a bit nervous to try someone new, but last time I had my car towed to South Florida, it cost about $235 and I was lucky a car carrier was on it's way and had room. Mercedes dealers you will loose you shirt and pants with. Last month I took my Saab in to Continental Imports based on a recommendation. I was able to use a loaner car for the weekend, even get a Credit Card with 6 months to pay no interest for my repair bill. The people who own and run this family run business are out to save you money, take care of your auto needs and you know you are in good hands. My old diesel mercedes is in the shop now for work to be done, they have a mechanic there who just specializes in the old mercedes diesels and the pricing is right again. Customer service is not an imposition with Continental Imports. The mechanic called me, told me exactly what was needed, gave me a brake down of parts and labor, said if it took less time, he would lower the price. It doesn't get any better.
