We were in the market to replace our heating and cooling systems. We scheduled 3 estimates and chose Reliable because out of the 3 they were the most “reliable” company. Chris - their sales person was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t push to the most expansive equipment, but very patiently explained all our options. We were also very impressed with his mobile office and his ability to print the proposal out of his car. Its look like a small thing, but it’s a very convenient way to clearly understand what you actually buying.\r
The installers Rob, Louie, Jorge, and Lex were just as professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Plus the installation was flawless. Our project was very involved – the installers had to replace the existing duct-work and two systems with one located in the attic. They redesigned and rebuilt the second floor duct-work the way that we wanted. They also solve our first floor vent noise problem by building the pad and rising the vent and furnace. The installers were very patient and went over each aspect of the job thoroughly. They took their time to answer all our questions and walk through everything again at the end. And they completed all this work in one day! Thanks guys – the house is worm again!!!!!\r
The entire experience with Reliable Heating & Air was seamless. They made something that would have been difficult a very enjoyable experience. We are looking forward to continue using Reliable services!
