I have been doing it for over a year and it has completely changed my life. Everything I have wanted to see and feel in myself and the world is created at the center. I've gone on a deep inner journey through the exercises and workshops with the help and support of the instructors.
Pros: the teaching and the ambience are excellent
Cons: parking is not always great and the class room is an odd shape
