I feel so much better after taking classes here. I have been looking for a way to relieve back pain but regular workouts and massage have always been very temporary reliefs for me. When I started the instructors told me that I could go at my own pace so I did what I could and tried to practice at home also.\r

After about 2 months of classes I noticed that I was having a lot less pain and stiffness. I really think it's all the deep breathing during the exercises...\r
I wanted to share because I think many people are probably in the same boat as me. \r
