I rented a motorhome, which was in pretty good shape except for some deep scratches in the rear corner. When I brought it back, everything was fine. But then I got a call from Mike Cobb, the owner, saying that there were scratches on the motorhome I would have to pay for, which he estimated would cost $1,000. I asked where the scratches were, he told me, and they were the scratches that were already there. I told him this but he said I caused them. Luckily, I took a video before and after we used it. I started with the odometer to show that we had just left the lot, then went around the RV, including the area with the scratches. I did the same right outside the lot. I showed the owner, Mike Cobb, the video but he said it didn't prove anything. Then he charged my credit card for $1,036 to repair the scratches! It took months with the BBB and my credit card company to get my money back. I will never rent from them and would strongly recommend to anyone else that you stay well away from these guys.
