The manager walked away while we were reporting a problem to her! A male employee took about half of our order and did a good job, but a girl took over. To start the fiasco, she messed up what he had already done correctly. It shouldn’t have been difficult since we only wanted one quarter-pounder combo, five burgers (one quarter pounder no onions, three double cheeseburgers, one Big Mac no lettuce), and two iced caramel coffees. My adult son and I both speak clearly with no accent, but each time we stated an item, she responded inaccurately. When my son and I got tired of repeating ourselves and then correcting her mistakes, we asked for the manager. I told the manager that the guy had done just fine, but that the girl could not get even one item right. Therefore, I asked the manager to take the order herself. She didn’t apologize or even ask for further details about what the girl did; she just started to take the order. However, after we confirmed the combo, the manager left. No explanation. No “good-bye.” NOTHING. She just walked off, leaving the guy to finish. Over the past year, we have been getting more and more tired of the ongoing poor service here. Because of this horrendous incident, we are going to tell all of the neighbors and ask them not to patronize the establishment. In this area, there are many other fast food locations to choose. Since most of our friends either own or manage their own businesses, none of us will tolerate such disrespectful treatment from management-level employees. Pros: Ice coffee Cons: Rude management staff
