the guys at desco are so helpful, they ask what your vacuuming needs are and help you find the right machine for your home. they don't try to upsell you and i LOVE my miele! i've recommended desco to several friends and each has a similar story. desco staff is incredibly knowlegable and they know the parts i need when i've needed them...they are THE BEST!
Pros: super informative! worth it!
