A pure pity. They could actually do the work and their charges are reasonable- but their manager, Richard, and his staff are just plain mean for no reason. I've been a neighbor and had repairs done there over 15 years- it's always a big drama. Currently I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks just for them to pick the vacuum. I am always polite when I call, they throw me on hold, then say I am ""in the book"" and they ""don't know why"" no one picked it up, then they yell at me and say I am taking too much of their time. Today again they didn't pick it up and when I called, they said they decided not to pick it up because they *think* I don't want them to. (?) They also said they called me to say so- even though they have the wrong number and I never said that. I gave Richard the right number.\r
Now they say they are picking it up. I said ""great"" and hung up.\r
Anyone want to take bets on whether they will pick it up today?\r
Gosh it will be fun when they call with an estimate... :(\r
