Review content:
They're thorough, they explain as they go along so they are teaching the client about their home. They tell not only what the condition is but how to maintain it in the future. They do not overstate problems, nor do they take them too lightly. Some inspectors almost need to show off their knowledge more. What I like a great deal about them is that they're nice people. Especially, Don is just a very good, nice, caring, unassuming, yet authoritative person. If I were choosing for my sons or my best friends I would call and set it up with Don. If some items need further explanation, either right at the time of the inspection or after, they are happy to do so, which is very comforting to the Realtor and to the client. I really prefer having them do the inspections because they are engineers and can comment on the structural integrity of the dwelling.
