So when I rented a home from Liberty Management I was a little skeptical on how I would be treated and if I would receive my deposit back when I move out.
I rented from them for a little over two years and everything was pretty good.
When I moved out the owner of the property wanted to charge me a few charges that I was not responsible for and I did not have any proof that I did not cause the damage. I did fill out a move-in form but I did not put down a small chip in the master bathroom sink and a cracked switch plate and one of the light globes outside was cracked. I was really impressed when I found out that Liberty Management had taken over 200 pictures before I moved-in and they were able to show the owner that all 3 items that the owner wanted to charge me for were already like that when I rented the property.
I found Liberty Management to be very professional and would highly recommend them as a landlord to rent from.
Pros: Most detailed property management company that I have rented from very professional.
Cons: Can't think of any.
