I am a single woman with two teenage children and I have been renting a property from Liberty Management for several years and always have had great service.
The owner decided to sell the property that I was renting and I thought that I was going to have to move.
I wanted to buy the property but I did not have the money for the down payment or closing cost.
Liberty Management was able to help me get a loan under a first time homebuyer program.
The homebuyer program paid all of my down payment and closing cost with a fixed rate loan.
My monthly payments are a little less than what I have been paying rent.
Liberty Management staff has always been caring and great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have their home managed or to anyone that wants to rent a home.
