Me and My family have eatten here a few times and has always found this to be a good place to eat. It is a small diner But the food was GREAT !They offer American foods in case anyone doesnt like the Mexican Menu. They have 2 sections for dinning, one as you walk in and the other in the front with a glassed in room. You are served chips and sala's before the meal along with anything drinks you may have ordered.I took my family of 6 here to eat and the bill was always under 30.00 for us all to eat this is including drinks.I give El Toro a 5 star and if you ever have the chance to eat here, I'm sure you will find it to be a 5 star rating as well.
