At Smooth Lines Salon, you can't go wrong with any of the stylists. However, I have been overly impressed specifically with hair stylist, Tessie Carlin. Ms. Carlins styling skills are exceptional. Her precision with haircuts is unparalleled. Her keen eye for good style and color makes for dynamite coloring results. Admittedly I have always been nervous while getting my hair done, constantly watching to assure the results I requested. However, Tessie is my first stylist in whose skills I am completely confident.
I have always believed that the true judge of a good hair style lies in the compliments received. My friends, family and co-workers have consistently remarked on how nice and flattering my hair is. I hold Ms. Carlin completely responsible for this positive response. Not only has Tessie cut and colored my hair beautifully, but she has also taken time to teach me how to use the styling products she recommends, as well as how to style my own hair. This knowledge I have never received from another stylist, and I greatly appreciate Ms. Carlins patience and willingness to share her knowledge.
In addition to Tessies exceptional skills, she is a joy to converse with during my appointments. Her memory is sharp and she recalls names and personal facts I have shared with her. When I was pregnant with my first child and shared my good news with Tessie she smiled warmly, congratulating me with a hug. She offered support through sharing experiential stories and really made me feel special during my visits with her.
Overall, I am completely satisfied with Tessie Carlin as my hairdresser. She is talented, precise, kind, warm, friendly, generous, knowledgeable, funny, caring and above all a wonderful woman. I have recommended Tessies services to all those who comment on my hair. Several of my co-workers have since had appointments with her and they too agree with me that Tessie is a keeper!
