Review content:
As a serious value/dollar shopper, and looking for carpet for a rental home, I checked Craigslist and other stores but found that cheap meant cheap in every sense. It seems to me that even a tenant deserves the dignity of good quality. Howard was patient and helped me to find a top tier carpet in a factory second for not much more than an entry level carpet would have cost elsewhere (I could have purchased the same entry level quality from him for less than at other stores). Costco would have sold me and installed a step up from entry level for roughly 20 - 25 more than a top tier product from Howard. Mind, a 2nd will have imperfections, but I couldn't find them. Would I go back to Carpet Closeouts? Straightaway - without shopping around first. And ask for Lanny for installation. He was patient as I constantly stepped around him and asked unending questions about his work and the product. And he left the home finished. I didn't have to re-install closet mounts, etc., even when He had not removed them and may not have needed to. He even vacuumed. Thank you Lanny. Thank you Howard. Will be back if we are ever looking for carpet again.
