I called Airquip at 3pm on a very cold Monday afternoon when my ancient furnace stopped working. They sent someone out right away. When they discovered that they would need to replace my furnace, they offered to supply me with space heaters for the night until they could install my new furnace. The three technicians who worked on the install were kind, courteous, thoughtful and very thorough. My home is over 100 years old, and the technicians were met with a number of challenges with the new install. They handled everything wonderfully. They completely dismantled and removed my ancient furnace, and removed any trace of it. I couldn't believe how clean they left their workspace. Airquip is a terrific company. I highly reccommend them.
