We found Ben Franklin Plumbing on ServiceMagic and, initially, we were deciding between them and one other plumbing company. What really sold us on Ben Franklin was talking to them on the phone when we called to get an estimate. They were quick to respond, kept the scheduled appointment, and did exactly what we asked.
They ended up doing more work for us than the original plumbing job we had contracted with them for, because they found some problems with the system that needed to be resolved. Thankfully, they agreed to stay and get it fixed, making time in their schedule so that they could get us back up and running. They stayed until we had water, which we appreciated. These days, you can't pay for that kind of service.
My wife, who was at home with the installer, Steve, was happy with the way everything went. There were no problems, and Steve was easy to deal with. I have already referred both my mother and sister to Ben Franklin Plumbing of Marlton, and you do not do that unless you are positive that it will be a good experience for your family.
