Review content:
The people at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing were just very courteous, very professional, and very efficient in what they did. The guy Jim Butler was very professional. He told me exactly what he was going to do and did what he said he was going to do. It was a good experience. After the job, I called for one of the guys at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Jim because I thought he really represented the company very well.
I had a couple of problems. One was a water leak in my cement slab. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing rerouted the pipes through the ceiling and down the wall. It was a pretty major job and they took care of it. They were clean and professional about what they did. I was very satisfied that the work was done in an efficient manner.
