Review content:
I never had Pho before but my friend brought me to this spot and I am happy that he did. You sit down and they give you a menu which is pretty basic. When I saw the menu I had a good feeling the food was going to be good because it was basic and to the point, they do not have a large variety of foods which allows them to focus on quality. I allowed my friend to order for me since this was my first time. Shortly after ordering a healthy sized bowl came to our table with broth and noodles on the bottom. Aside from the two bowls a plate was placed between our bowls with bean sprouts, sliced jalapeño peppers, mint and lime. The bottles on the side were chili sauce and plum sauce. I quickly picked up my spoon and dived in. It did not take long to acknowledge that my taste buds were in for a ride it has never gone on. The broth was delicious and after I became more adventurous and added the additional items at my disposal the flavors were unbelievable. I highly rate this restaurant and if you have never had Pho, you need to try it!
