I hate to write this, but going to this grocery store, however necessary (it's the only grocery store between where we live in Lago and Cedar Park) has become such a bummer. Ironically when we first moved here, we didn't mind the prices or lack of selection of goods and spent over $1000 easily there monthly...in the past year, however, it's become abundantly clear that the management of this store cares little about its customers - the bit of produce that they have is always wilted, spoiled and completely unappetizing.
Also, the cashiers and people who bag groceries are generally very young, with a lot of (unfriendly) attitude...they have no customer service awareness whatsoever and a sense of entitlement that is off-putting. I do find the more mature employees more professional - unfortunately, I never see enough of them when I'm in the store.
Due to its location, however, we'll most likely keep shopping at this store, but only reluctantly and when absolutely necessary.

Cons: Quality of produce, apathy of staff and high prices
