Review content:
When my 3 month old became sick with a pretty bad cold I took her in to be checked for RSV. A nurse that I had never seen there before was rude, unpleasant and just plain aggressive with us. She came in to swab my daughters' nose and was EXTREMELY rough!!! She jammed the swab in her nose so quick and hard to where my baby cried so hard that she couldnt breath!! I have 4 children and I have NEVER seen a nurse be this rough with a child before-EVER! This particular nurse had absolutley NO bedside manner, she just flew right out of the door! I reported the nurse to the office manager, the Louisiana Board of Nursing as well to my daughters Pediatrician. He stated that he will stand by his nurses...needless to say, we will NEVER return to this clinic ever again.
