BEWARE. Unfortunately we did not read the other review before hiring this company. I could have written it myself. The extreme inconsideration of not showing up for 2 weeks after the agreed upon start date was bad enough. The worker who FINALLY showed up for 1 1/2 hours and then didn't return until days later was another issue. The lack of response to phone calls trying to track them down is extremely unprofessional. Now I understand why no human answers the phone. The calls are screened. The only call back ever received was when trying to hire them. All subsequent calls went unanswered. Regarding the quality of work, be sure not to pay everything up front. It was the only way I was able to get them back to finish the job. And be prepared to pay a hefty amount more than your original quote. After commisserating with other neighbors, I realized that many others went through the same things with this guy. Keep looking for someone else, you will be very glad you did.
