Regal is Amazing. They helped my family in a time of need. My home flooded and they have a 24/7 hotline in case of such emergencies. They were there within the hour to lay out fans, start assessing the damage, and begin the dry out process. They were careful to explain everything that needed to be done. They were kind and respectful of my home. They also didn't mind the pets and kids running around. Ernie was the service manager dealing with my account and was easy to get a hold of- even texting me updates and progress on my home. They dealt with insurance for me so I didn't have to, and put me in touch with a construction company to do the reconstruction of my floors and walls. They restored my home and my faith in service-related companies like these and that is hard to do. I really appreciate the fact that they were true to their word and helpful in my time of need. I also feel they went above and beyond the call of duty. There was water damage in my closet and instead of me having to unpack the closet before the drying out process began, they unpacked and boxed everything for me. I was able to go on with my life as if virtually nothing had happened. Thank you regal!
