Craig Harris is the technician who fixed my dishwasher - the invoice number is 287669. Craig was very knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and on time. Craig was able to fix my brand new Jenn-Air dishwasher that started leaking after being serviced by an AllSouth technician. AllSouth replaced a bad hose but it turns out that AllSouth did not tighten a clamp correctly and left the pump hanging loose under the dishwasher which eventually caused gallons of water to leak out onto the hardwoods in our kitchen. I received the run around from AllSouth many times while trying to schedule an appointment to get my dishwasher fixed. AllSouth would not even have a technician available for another week to come out and fix their mistake. That company is very unprofessional and does not care one bit about customers once they've taken your money for the appliance that you bought. ServiceCare was able to quickly come out and repair my dishwasher the right way the first time. I will be calling ServiceCare for all my future appliance repairs!
