Very poor service!!!! I have not encountered a school or a business as disorganized and as inconsistent as this school. The only reason why I stayed is the distance to our house. But, they have gotten worst and not better, so our only reason of staying is to finish the recital which will be on June 30. Afterwards, this will be the end of it. I am not the only parent complaining of their services. So they will see the result of their poor business dealings with their customers. Nobody will stay longer in this school.
They don't update the parents of what's going on even if they have our email addresses and phone numbers. We would only learn something is going on when we see other parents in the neighborhood. They are very inconsistent with their paymet schedule. You hardly see anybody in their front desk, and if there is, it's either she does not know what's going on or they have different answers from each other.
It was a waste of time spending my 6 months here for my daughter's ballet.
