Review content:
G&S was choosen to install heat pump for our new constuction home. The techs did not know how to install or setup our system. Weasked questions about out heat pump system, no one knew the answers, quite often.\r
G&S did not show up as scheduled, then after installation, additional techs needed to come out to figure out the mess, when our system did not work. Now, we have a condensation overflow backup, from poor placement-design in the furnace, causing water to reach the electrical connections. Almost touching the 220, additionally causing a short, heat pump does not work. Large repair anticipated.\r
G&S never reviewed the system with us, we were left to fend for ourselves in figuring out the heat pump heating & cooling system operates.\r
We would never use G&S, they were also, often rude and not interested in our concenrs, but wanted our $. \r
