My gas furnace went out, I had the luxury of having a gas insert that could keep up sort of warm which gave me time to actually SHOP for a contractor (a luxury to be sure, usualy you feel pressured to get a new one in cause it's cold- so thank you Aqua Quip for the insert!). I shopped several companies, G&S did a complete look at my system and pointed out that some of the ducts we not fully connected and that the airflow had been closed - which might have caused my other furnace to go bad and which no one else pointed out. They put in a new Lennox for about the same price another company bid for an 'off brand'. They were reliable, on time, on budget and it's been three weeks now everything is great I have a new two stage ultra efficient furnace and it all looks to be working great. It's nice to see the kind of professional service and since this is a huge purchase, I wanted to recommend them.
Pros: professional, low price, good product, good results
