I have dealt with a number of Budget Blind franchises in the past, but Michael and his staff are by far ""the Best""! Michael's knowledge of the products helped us make choices that were not only functional but beautiful as well. He and his staff were polite and prompt in following up on our orders. He was very flexible when scheduling the installations and he was very neat and tidy, leaving no debris of any sort behind. In a world where customer service has fallen to the wayside, Michael and his staff at Budget Blinds were a breath of fresh air and a joy to do business with. We look forward to working with him again in the future
