Previously dined at Fish Bones, we knew the food was fantastic and there was a little wait. So we called ahead for a reservation only to be denied one because the wait was only 20/30 min. 7 minutes later we enter the restaurant only to be told there was a 60 minute wait (standing room only due to incliment weather) because Fish Bones booked 2 huge parties and made reservations they could not seat on-time leaving the ""walk ins"" to wait more than an hour. Upon arrival, the hostess made us feel like we were inconveniencing them b/c we did not have a reservation that they refused to set. Once seated, the food and wait staff were EXCELLENT. I feel the first impression would have made me leave b/4 even getting the chance to try it and if it weren't pooring out (and being on a motorcycle from out of town), we would have left.
Pros: Great food and friendly staff
Cons: rude hostess who turns you away at the door.
