Dungans has made a dream remodel project an absolute nightmare. Lennie told us we could completely trust their installers while we were at work each day. Don't. You'll need to stay home to supervise them. Furniture was damaged moving it; door frame, wall and floor in other room damaged; things stolen. When the job wasn't done right, they make the installers that did it wrong correct all the problems since they use contractors as installers and it would cost them more to use someone else who could do it right. One of us had to use vacation time to stay home since the installer had made it clear he was upset he couldn't be moving on to the next job and that he was losing money because of us so we didn't trust him to be in our house. He was deliberately careless and rude, but Lou said we had no option but to have him complete and correct the work. Lou just laughed at the situation and said no one does good work these days and wanted to talk about how his truck got messed up when it was in for service. We ended up having another company tear out the floor and re-do it correctly. Lou and Lennie wouldn't give us back our deposit, so the material got paid for, and we doubt they paid the installer. Only their customers lose when their installers do a bad job. Such crooks. Go elsewhere.
