Businiess name:  Hank's
Review by:  April W.
Review content:
This is a store that a lot of the locals swear by. It is clean and neat and there are a lot of items in there I don't see at chain supermarkets. The deli is great and the baked goods are to die for. So what is the problem? Hmm...well, I'm cheap. I think that's the only problem I see. The sign says Hank's Thriftway, but I can not see how Hank finds his prices thrifty. An example...a dozen eggs for almost two bucks. I can get same dozen eggs for 1/2 the price at my local Albertsons. In all fairness Hank's does run some weekly deals that are really good. This is to draw one in. After that, just buy what is on sale and run out, the rest is going to cost you. Hanks is very clean and the people are VERY friendly. If you have a few bucks to spare it's the place to shop. If you are paying off old student loans, a car or two and have a mortgage and child care, you may want to shop someplace where you can pinch those pennies a bit tighter.
