I have been working with Mark for many years and have nothing but positives to say about his firm and his employees. I'm not sure what the gentleman experienced with the giftcard, but Mark has been very helpful to me and my family and because of his planning I now have an income plan for the rest of my life so I don't worry any longer about running out of money. I lost a lot in the last 2 stock market crashes and he has been a godsend to me. It sounds like the guy above was just having a bad day.
