Review content:
When I went to Priority Hyundai, I felt I would be taken care of. I was dead wrong. At first, I felt welcome. Nice salesman, clean showroom, etc. The first deal they made me on an 08 Elantra, $14,305 initial price, was $360 per month for 75 months. This works out to $27,000 for a $14,305 car. They could not explain where the money came from. They treated me with great disrespect whilst attempting to explain why the price jumped up so much. I left, and three days later they called back. A new deal, one that made sense, had been proposed. I accepted the offer, and purchased the car. Two days later, I realized that the seats were severely aggravating my back. I have a lower back problem, a degeneration of the cartilage between the vertebrae. I thought I was stuck with the car, as the Purchasing Agent (or whatever his title was) had told me that once I bought the car, I could not bring it back. 24 days later, after leaving the hospital for my back problem which had been aggravated by the car, I called Priority. They proceeded to tell me that I had a 72 hour period after I bought the car, during which I could have traded it in on a different model. When I bought the car, the salesman told me there was no such time frame. The Purchasing Agent told me there was no such period. Now, I have a car which I can barely drive, and I'm told ""We apologize, but you had your chance."" I will never recommend this dealership, I will never go back to this dealership, it isn't even worth a review on a website. For anyone considering Priority, you are making a huge mistake. If someone from Priority is reading this, you are a shmuck. Pros: Clean Restroom in showroom Cons: Everything about the dealership (except for the nice restrooms)
