Review content:
There were four hostesses all of which had plenty of attitude and not one shred of helpfulness. We didn't have a reservation, so we were willing to eat in the lounge area. We sat at a table for half an hour, and a waitress didn't even bother to come by to see if we wanted anything. While we sat there, there were four empty tables in the general seating area, so they obviously weren't that busy. The lounge area had tables with dirty plates that sat there as long as we did. We even saw people get up from their tables in the general seating area to get things themselves because of the inattentiveness of the wait staff. \r

We were prepared to easily spend a couple hundred dollars, but it seems they were more interested in attitude and inattentiveness than making money. Take your money elsewhere.
