I can't believe that anyone could have a bad experience at Michaels Salon. My husband purchased a spa package for me and was I so happy. A lot of my friends told my husband about their experiences at Michaels and he thought It would be the place for me. Was he ever right. From the time I entered the salon I was treated like a queen. The receptionist walked me back to undress, had a robe, wrap, slippers already ready and waiting. Upon getting undressed and in my spa clothes, I was off to have my massage, I did not want to leave the room, Kim was just excellent. Now off for my facial with Jill, well I thought I was in heaven the way she handled my face, I thought I was a Hollywood Star. Now off for my manicure and pedicure done by Kristina. Let me tell you, your hands and feet could not be in any better hands than hers. My final stop that put the icing on the cake was my hair cut and style from Amber. I had worn the same style for several years and explained to her I wanted a change and needed help. She recommended several solutiions that could be done, showed me pictures and we chose a cut and style so different from what I had. Well let me tell you she had the hands of an angel, I just loved my new look and my husband said he thought he was with a different women. All I can say is the people that had a bad experience, maybe they were the bad experence themselves. Michaels salon and Day Spa has my business for the rest of my life. Thanks to all the good people starting from the receptionsits all the way to the hairdressers. I can't stop talking about Michaels. Next thing I plan to do is change the color of my hair with Ambers help. My whole card c;ub is going to Michaels after hearing me talk so much about the salon. Girls at Michaels I can't wait to do it all over again.
Pros: Finally a salon in Dayton With Class Everything from Coffee to Tea to Hot Choclate
Cons: If you don't like to be treated like a Queen of a King It's Not For You.
