Yes this salon is officially the worst salon I have ever been to. I had an appointment today for a color correction, I was in the waiting room for about 10 minutes when the receptionist informed me that the stylist could no longer do my hair. I hurried to get there after work to find out Joy didn't have time, they sent me home and apologized for the mix up. I was shocked, isn't that what appointments are for? So unprofessional!
