It was the most exciting day of my life . A dream come true and occasion that was a chance of a lifetime. That happen only once in a life time . And you know I wanted to look damn good! Where could I go to get the look that would witness the bigggest day of my life? I heard some good thing about Michael Salon and Day spa and I said Hey why not what do I have to lose?\r

Suddenly ! came my results damage breaking hair fell to the ground as the stylest brushed hard, my poor hair I refused to cry I had my pride. "" What are you doing? Stop it I said you are killing my hair what did you do to it?"" From the bleach and the fact the three different stylest had to try to correct the color of my hair they continued to dye my hair four times untill I got a look I could walk outside with. My hair was burned and damaged beyound repair. And they refused to give me a refund! They Don't give refunds! They give you color again and again untill you have no hair.\r

Michaels knew I had a important event and the customer service was a NIGHTMARE! So words of advice If you still want to have hair and look and feel great MIchaels Salon in Day Spa here in Dayton Ohio is not the place for you!
