Went on a whim and found just the right RV. Salesperson was excellent and they really worked with us on that part. Found a LOT wrong with this unit right off the bat, which was the manufacturer's fault, not Gillettes (will never buy a Forest River product again), but we waited a month to get the darned thing home. Kept having issues and spent basically most of 2011 taking it back and forth to Gillettes probably more than 10 times) with it never being quite right. Finally called Forest River personally and they put us in touch with another dealer, who fixed the unit right up in no time, revealing that the problems stemmed from incorrect repair before. Service was really bad, because the things that were wrong, were simple fixes that Gillette did no seem to be able to figure out, maybe because they have such a turnover that no one knows what to do. I would recommend purchasing there, but definitely not servicing.
