Wow! I had a great experience there today. I was going through some old jewelry and found some pieces I didn't want. The pleasant man at the counter (forgot to get his name) checked my jewelry for quality and weight right in front of me, and explained everything he was doing (magnetic test, acid test, etc). He asked me if I wanted them to pop out the semi-precious stones they wouldn't buy from the gold backing, checked my ID, gave me a detailed receipt, and most importantly- a fair price! Even rounded up by a few dollars to make the total even. All in all, an A+ experience.
