Review content:
Took a gift card in to Natural Body today that I had found with a bunch of coupons in my car. The gift card was attached to a little certificate saying who it was from and what it was for...When I took it in, I knew I would have to pay some to bring it up to date with current prices as it was several years old (although no date on card or certificate). When they removed the card from the certificate and scanned it, they said it had $6 left on it. That was an $80 gift card that they took $2/month from when I hadn't used it after one year! Needless to say, I was not very happy. I told them I would not be back. I'm sure they were crushed! I wanted to leave a comment on their website about the poor business policy, but there was not an option to do that, so I decided to let all my FB friends know!
