Heres a tip for Coops-get a new bartender with a personality. I live near Coops and I wont go there again. Went in for the first time and when I walked in I immediately felt uninvited. The older lady w/ dyed red hair behind the bar looked at me like WTH are you doing here? No smile, hello, how are you, welcome, just ""what can I get you?"" It remained that way the entire time while I observed her chatting up and laughting with the old guys at the bar. When she came down to my end of the bar her face went back to sour. Felt like I would have to hold up a billboard sign to get another beer. To sum up-if you are not a friend or regular you may have an uncomfortable experience and get unfriendly service. Typical neighborhood redneck bar.
