ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH TWIN CITIES TOWING.\r

My car was towed from a legitimate parking spot in my schools' parking lot. The first time I called I was lied to, told my car was not in their lot, and rudely hung up on. \r

I called a second time a few hours later and spoke with a different worker who informed me that they did in fact have my car.\r
\r
I called to ask if they accepted credit/debit cards and was told they did, but when I got to the business the worker told me they only accept cash - no exceptions.\r

WORKERS ARE INCOMPETENT AND EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS - $35 a day PLUS $200 TOWING FEE. They make it extremely difficult to retrieve your car IN ORDER TO EXTORT AS MUCH $ AS POSSIBLE.\r

I too believe this business needs to be investigated. I honestly do not know how these people live with themselves. The only solace I find in this whole experience is that my life cannot possibly be as terrible as theirs - THEIR CAREER IS BRINGING MISERY AND HARDSHIP INTO PEOPLE'S LIVES.
